IT'S been labelled the "holy grail of skin treatments" by beauty fans.
But one woman who decided to get the Morpheus8 micro-needling facial was left bleeding and in floods of tears because it was so painful.
Lydia even had to use gas and air to get through the treatment.
She took to TikTok to share a video of herself having the facial, and directly afterwards.
In the clip, she was seen inhaling the gas as the microneedles were inserted into her face.
"I cried multiple times," she wrote over the top of the video.

And once the facial was done, she was left with bleeding patches on her skin, and scabs on her forehead.
"This is the most painful beauty treatment I've ever had," she wrote.
According to one clinic, "Morpheus8 is a microneedling device that remodels and contours the body and face using radiofrequency energy to create smoother, sleeker skin".
And Lydia insisted the results are "worth it".
