Designed by the creative team of Yohji Yamamoto, the online-exclusive label S’YTE returns with a graphic-led collection in collaboration with mysterious manga artist Junji Ito — marking the third time the two entities have partnered.

Having won in two categories at this year’s Eisner Awards — considered the Oscars of the comic book industry — Ito is revered for his outlandish horror aesthetic. S’YTE’s Fall/Winter 2021 collection translates his iconic artworks, including the cover of his art book Twisted Visions, scenes from Hanging Blimp as well as his debut Tomie onto a selection of the brand’s signature silhouettes — advocating its “anti-mode” theme.

S’YTE’s aim is to create everyday looks whilst maintaining Yohji Yamamoto’s illustrious designs and quality fabrics. The latest offering is comprised of a range of staple pieces in a relaxed fit, reimagining the graphics in color illustrations and elaborate monochrome palettes suitable for any occasion.

The latest Junji Ito x S’YTE collection will be available to purchase at THE SHOP YOHJI YAMAMOTO on August 27 from 11p.m. EDT / 12p.m. JST / 4a.m. BST.
