Ryan Reynolds was the ultimate supportive club owner as he rocked up at The Racecourse Ground in Wrexham ahead of the team’s game.
The Deadpool star shares James, eight, with wife Blake Lively, as well as six-year-old Inez and three-year-old Betty.
Ryan, 46, and Blake, 35, – whom he married in 2012, are also currently expecting a fourth child, having announced the adorable news in September.
But while he awaits the arrival of baby number four – which Ryan has said he wants to be another girl – the actor is spending quality time with the ones he has, seemingly keen to get them involved in his Wrexham journey.
The Canadian star is co-chairman of Wrexham FC alongside fellow actor Rob McElhenney, 45, following their headline-grabbing purchase in 2020.
Never one to be a silent partner, Ryan is forever putting in appearances at the grounds, with daughter James – who was named after his father – joining him on Sunday.
The pair were snapped strolling around the pitch, hand-in-hand, with James taking in the sights while a camera crew followed them around.
Ryan cut a casual figure in a pair of denim jeans and waterproof coat, while James also wrapped up in a snuggly purple fleece.
Of course, the movie star carried his Wrexham scarf in his hand (always representing), and James beamed as she admired her vast surroundings.
The calm didn’t last for long, though, as Ryan was soon mobbed by supporters outside, with everyone dying for a selfie.
More than happy to oblige, the dad-of-three flashed a smile and a thumbs up for their cameras, stopping to sign autographs and also chat to young fans.
His arrival came ahead of Wrexham’s Emirates FA Cup fourth round match against Sheffield United at 4:30pm.
Ryan and longtime friend Rob took full control of the National League club from the Wrexham Supporters Trust in February 2021, investing £2million under the terms of the deal.
They donated £10,000 to a charity fundraising page after the death of a player’s baby, and the Free Guy actor also sent a message to six-year-old Leland, who had been diagnosed with cancer.
The first donation was made to a GoFundMe page set up by footballer Jordan Davies and his partner Kelsey Edwards, after their son Arthur was ‘born sleeping.’
Ryan also urged his followers last year to get themselves tested as a potential bone marrow transplant donor for Blyth Spartans fan Leland, ahead of a match against Wrexham.
They have also explored the history and culture of Wrexham in their hit TV series, Welcome To Wrexham.
