Reigning Champ is no stranger to collaborations – making magic with a range of brands that span sportswear, streetwear and everything in between. Now the Vancouver-based brand has reunited with Prince for another tennis-ready capsule collection.
With the new collection, the two entitled channel the mid-80s and 90s era of tennis to offer up a look at the sport’s rich history. But in digging into the past, the collection livens classic team colors, varsity traditions and collegiate-rooted styles. Appearing in the capsule are a varsity jacket, terry cardigan, lightweight jersey t-shirt, midweight long-sleeve jersey tee, 6” twill stretch shorts, a racquet, a water bottle and a headband/sweatband set.
While the first collaborative collection appeared in crisp white and green, the lineup of pieces is washed in navy and creme shades and includes co-branded graphics. Out of the lot, the Prince Woll Varsity jacket and limited-edition Original Graphite 107 Racquet & Case serve as collection highlights. As such, the collection is equipped for both the on and off the court.
Take a peak at the offering in the gallery above. Ranging in price from $40 USD to $800 USD, the new Reigning Champ x Prince tennis capsule is available now in-store and online.
