Kim Woodburn certainly hasn’t held back on voicing her opinion of Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby in recent weeks, and the television personality has more choice words for the pair.

The 81-year-old let it be known that she’d be happy to see Holly, 42, off the ITV show This Morning following Phil’s departure.

During an interview on GB News, Dan Wootton informed Kim of the reports that Holly wants to relaunch the show on her own. She quickly responded: ‘I bet she does, that little b***h, I bet she does.’

Explaining her opinion, she said: ‘In all the years she’s been on that show she has never taken part, all we hear is “Oh Phillip hahaha”.

‘She aided and abetted him to take a big salary. Get shot of that little b***h. Wimpy wimpy little woman, she will not be missed.’

Kim has her own ideas on what the future of the show should look like: ‘I think it should come back in a different format with different people. It’s been so ruined by Schofield but let’s not give up and let’s start again.’

Her interview comes after Phil, 61, resigned from This Morning on May 20. Nearly a week later, he issued another statement, confessing to having an affair with a much younger male colleague whilst still married to his wife of 30 years, Stephanie Lowe.

While he said their relationship was ‘unwise but not illegal’, he did add that he had also lied about the relationship to his bosses and colleagues.

Following his confession, Holly shared her own statement: ‘It’s taken time to process yesterday’s news. When reports of this relationship first surfaced, I asked Phil directly if this was true and was told it was not.

‘It’s been very hurtful to now find out that this was a lie. Holly.’

In another of Kim’s attacks on the former presenting duo, Kim said she ‘didn’t feel sorry’ for Phil and thought he’d had the This Morning gig for ‘too long’.

‘Give it to somebody else who is nice and friendly. When somebody is rude and nasty and vicious, which he’s been with me, I can’t feel sorry for him,’ she told told Gaydio.

‘He’s had 20-odd years of earning over £1 million a year.

‘He’s had the job too long,’ she added.

Speaking about her time appearing as a guest on This Morning, Kim said: ‘You could tell he was king on that show. I mean, he was really ruling the roost. And whenever I’ve been on with him, he hasn’t been very pleasant.

‘He wasn’t pleasant about my experience on Big Brother. He was downright nasty. He was sniggering at me.’

Kim then turned her attention towards Holly once again and explained that she ‘don’t think she will have a choice’ when it comes to staying on the show.

Eamonn Holmes also believes Holly won’t be back. While speaking during a shocking tell-all interview with GB News’ Dan Wootton he said: ‘Not only should Phillip go, but Holly should follow him close out the door.’

The 63-year-old added: ‘I don’t think you’ll ever see Holly Willoughby back on the couch.’

Metro.co.uk has contacted Holly Willoughby’s representatives for comment.

Schofield declined to comment on Eamonn Holmes’ interview when approached by Metro.co.uk.

This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1.
