Jon Hamm has married his Mad Men co-star Anna Osceola in a lavish wedding, with the ceremony taking place in an iconic location from the hit TV series.

From 2007 to 2015, the 52-year-old actor starred as the lead character Don Draper in the drama, with his character being introduced as an advertising mastermind and lothario.

In the final episode of the show, Don experiences emotional enlightenment at a spiritual retreat, where the idea dawns on him for the pioneering 1971 ‘Hilltop’ TV advert for Coca-Cola.

Anna, 35, also appeared in the episode as a character called Clementine, a woman who works as a receptionist at the retreat.

In 2022, Jon and Anna made their red carpet debut as a couple at an Oscars afterparty, seven years after working alongside one another and two years after being romantically linked.

Their engagement was announced in February this year, before they tied the knot at Anderson Canyon in Big Sur, which happened to be where the retreat scenes of the Mad Men finale were filmed, TMZ reported.

In pictures obtained by the publication, Jon and Anna appeared to say their ‘I dos’ during an outdoor ceremony, with the bride wearing a stunning strapless gown and the groom in a classic black tux.

The couple were seen sharing a kiss as onlookers clapped, with attendees having reportedly included Billy Crudup, Tina Fey and Paul Rudd.

It’s been claimed that they walked down the aisle to the James Bond song You Only Live Twice, sticking with the 1960s theme, what with the Mad Men set location too.

They’re believed to have first met when they starred together in the 2015 finale of Mad Men.

Anna’s former roles have included starring in Law and Order, Plain Sight and Superhero Movie.

Jon was previously in a long-term relationship with actor and screenwriter Jennifer Westfeldt, who he co-starred with in several productions, including the 2011 film Friends with Kids.

They were together from 1997 until 2015, and in 2008, Jon spoke about their relationship in an interview.

Speaking to the New York Post, he said at the time: ‘We may not have a piece of paper that says we’re husband and wife, but after 10 years, Jennifer is more than just a girlfriend. What we have is much deeper and we both know that.

‘To me, people [should] get married when they’re ready to have kids, which I’m not ruling out.’
