Rugby ace Danny Cipriani is being lined up for this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, according to reports.

The sport star, 35, is as famous for his love life as his successes on the pitch, previously dating Kelly Brook and Katie Price, as well as being linked to Caroline Flack.

According to sources, ITV bosses are hoping Danny will be spilling the tea on his time as a tabloid favourite should he be in this year’s line-up.

‘Danny is one of the most exciting signings for this series, he will be the hunk of the line-up and already there is talk of him and shower scenes amongst staff working on the programme,’ the insider told MailOnline.

‘There is also huge anticipation that he will reveal secrets from his showbiz lifestyle, he has been linked to many women over the years, and his scandals are well documented too so there will be lots for him to share.’

Danny is now married to mental health campaigner Victoria Rose after the couple tied the knot in April 2021.

The Pricey will no doubt have plenty to say when he enters the jungle, given their explosive split

In her 2013 autobiography, Katie claimed she walked in on Danny in bed with another woman.

‘In my experience, he was a bit – erm – lean in the most obvious departments,’ she wrote.

‘That’s why I nicknamed him Danny Chipolata. He can no longer hit the right spots on the rugby field and he certainly can’t find them on a woman.’

Should Danny be joining this year’s I’m A Celebrity line-up, it’s thought he’ll be camping next to the likes of The Apprentice’s Thomas Skinner, Denise Van Outen and This Morning hun Josie Gibson.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! returns to ITV later this year.
