Fresh from working with Keith Haring recently, Noah has now presented a new collaboration with GOAT. The collection is heavily influenced by 1970s mountaineering — giving the range its “Mountain Goat” name — with a focus on materiality and a new approach to durability.
Eschewing the traditional heavy materials often used for outdoors-wear, Noah has instead focused on using natural fibers and modern insulation technology. These materials are used on graphic hoodies — sporting “Mountain Goat” imagery — as well as corduroy puffers, rugby crewnecks, heavyweight flannel shirts and patterned caps. The collection also incorporates footwear, through a three way collaboration with Merrell 1TRL.
Noah has redesigned Merrell 1TRL’s Wilderness boot for the collection, dressing the silhouette in two colorways. The boot arrives in either beige or green, and is finished with a navy and red stripe and a black outsole.
The “Mountain Goat” collection is available via the GOAT web store and app, while the Noah x GOAT x Merrell 1TRL Wilderness boot is also available from the Noah web store.
