General Mills has announced the return of its Rudolph Cereal for the holiday season.
This year, the fan-favorite offering is returning as a cocoa-flavored cereal with reindeer-shaped cereal pieces and thematic marshmallows arriving in the silhouettes of Rudolph’s red nose, a blue elf hat and green Christmas trees. The limited-edition cereal arrives in a green and red box that features the Rudolph seen in the famed 1964 stop motion animated TV special, adding a hint of nostalgia to the holiday cereal.
In addition to the Rudolph Cereal, General Mills will also be bringing back the Apple Pie Toast Crunch from last year, which transforms the taste of apple pie into a cereal, and the Sugar Cookie Toast Crunch.
General Mills’ Rudolph Cereal is available now at retailers nationwide. The Apple Pie Toast Crunch and the Sugar Cookie Toast Crunch are also in stores now for a limited time with a retail price of $4.49 USD for the Family Size.
Elsewhere in food and beverage, Eggo and Sugarlands Distilling Co. have come together for “Eggo Nog.”
