The upcoming Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse sequel has been delayed!
Across the Spider-Verse Part One was set to be released in theaters in October 2022, but now it won’t be out until 2023, THR reports.

According the site, Sony Pictures has also dropped the “Part One” from the title, with the release date moving to June 2, 2023.
In addition, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse II has been given a release date of March 29, 2024.
For “Part One,” Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar®-winning Spider-Verse saga, an epic adventure that will transport Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man across the Multiverse to join forces with Gwen Stacy and a new team of Spider-People to face off with a villain more powerful than anything they have ever encountered.
Shameik Moore (Miles Morales), Hailee Steinfeld (Gwen Stacy/Spider-Woman) and Oscar Isaac (Miguel O’Hara, Spider-Man 2099) will return.
Taking the old October release date is the upcoming Javier Bardem, Constance Wu, Winslow Fegley and Shawn Mendes musical film Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile, which moves up a month to October 7th.
