The Bravo world was taken by surprise when Million Dollar Listing star Josh Flagg announced he was divorcing his partner Bobby Boyd. Many fans of the reality series didn’t see it coming and some of Flagg’s fellow Bravo stars were just as surprised as viewers. Shahs of Sunset star Mercedes Javid weighed in on the devastating news in the comments sharing her point of view.

Fans of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles adore Flagg and had been rooting for him in his relationship with Boyd. However, viewers of the Bravo reality series were delivered the devastating news that the real estate expert was divorcing his husband. Flagg shared the news himself on Instagram explaining what led to his marriage ending.

“Bobby and I are divorcing,” the post started. “This might sound abrupt but I felt I should be transparent from the top rather than bury the headline. This was not a rash or impulsive decision. We have been very thoughtful before coming to this conclusion.”

Flagg’s statement continued, “It was not a lack of love but rather the two of us growing in different directions and wanting very different things for ourselves. I care deeply about Bobby and have nothing but love and respect for him. I want how we separate from each other to represent that.”

After the news broke, Comments by Bravo shared the statement on Instagram, and Shahs of Sunset star Javid shared her opinion.
