Marilyn Manson has called actress Esmé Bianco’s allegations of assault ‘untrue, meritless’ and a ‘coordinated attack’, in a new court filing.

Back in April, Bianco, 39, filed a lawsuit against Manson, real name Brian Warner, accusing him of physical abuse, sexual assault and trafficking.

In a new motion to dismiss the lawsuit, Manson’s team called Bianco and other women ‘co-conspirators’ who are ‘desperately trying to conflate the imagery and artistry of Warner’s “shock rock” stage persona, “Marilyn Manson”, with fabricated accounts of abuse’.

In the paperwork, filed on Wednesday to the United States District Court for the Central District of California (Western Division), Manson, 52, claims the allegations are ‘are untrue, meritless, and a key component of a coordinated attack by multiple plaintiffs, who are cynically and dishonestly seeking to monetise and exploit the #MeToo movement’.

He alleges that Bianco and others ‘spent months plotting, workshopping, and fine-tuning’ their statements into ‘twisted tales’ that bear no resemblance to reality.

Manson’s attorney claimed that Bianco’s allegations are ‘provably false’.

Game of Thrones star Bianco alleges that Manson violated human-trafficking laws by bringing her from London to Los Angeles under the pretence that she would be filming a music video for his song ‘I Want to Kill You Like They Do in the Movies, which was never released, and a movie based on the works of Lewis Carroll, which was never made.

Her lawsuit reads: ‘Mr. Warner used drugs, force, and threats of force to coerce sexual acts from Ms. Bianco on multiple occasions. Mr. Warner raped Ms. Bianco in or around May 2011.’

Bianco alleges that Manson electrocuted her, chased her around the home with an axe, and on another occasion ‘cut [her] with a Nazi knife during sex, without her consent, and photographed the cuts on her body.

She also claims that Manson committed sexual acts on her at times she was unconscious or unable to consent, with the lawsuit reading: ‘These acts include spanking, biting, cutting, and whipping Ms. Bianco’s buttocks, breasts, and genitals for Mr. Warner’s sexual gratification — all without the consent of Plaintiff.’

Bianco, who played Ros on Game of Thrones, first met Manson in 2005 through his then-wife Dita Von Teese, and they kept in touch as friends following the couple’s divorce in 2007.

Their relationship allegedly changed in 2009, and Bianco left the Dope Show singer in 2011.

The filing comes weeks after Manson turned himself into police for an alleged spitting incident that took place in 2019.

He was released on personal recognisance bail.
