Love Island's 2021 contestants have been divided down the middle, with the girls supporting Liberty Poole as she made her Dancing on Ice debut while the boys rallied aroundJake Cornish.
Liberty took to the ice in front of an audience for the first time on Sunday 23 January, and was supported by fellow Love Islanders Faye Winter and Kaz Kamwi, whowere in the audience watching the 22 year old.
For her first performance,Liberty skated to Little Mix’s Shout Out To My Exalongside partner Joe Johnson, causing Dancing on Ice viewers to presume it was a dig at Jake.
Gushing about how well her pal did, Kaz said to DOI presenter Holly Willoughby: “She literally smashed it, we were sitting here getting nervous like: 'Oh my God!' and then she just smashed it."
Faye echoed her sentiments saying: “Isn't she amazing?"
As Liberty was skating her heart out on the hit ITV show, Jake was out having drinks with Liam Reardon andTyler Cruickshank, who recentlysplit from Kaz after three months of dating.
The trio were all smiles at an Essex bar. Jake captioned the snap: “Catch up with the Chipmunks.”

Liam replied to the photo: “Yes boys”, which both Jake and Tyler replied to with heart emojis.
Fellow Love Islander Aaron Francis also shared the love, writing: “The boys”, followed by two heart emojis.
There’s an evident divide between the boys and girls when it comes to former flames Jake and Liberty, with Jake previously admitting he hasn’t spoken to any of the girls since leaving the villa last summer.
He said onFUBAR radioin October: “I don’t speak to any of the girls.
"I think I’m a lone wolf on that side. They’re there and I’ve just gone this way.”
Discussing who he’s remained close with, Jake added: “I speak to Brad, Liam, Danny, Tyler… Aaron Francis.
“I’ll speak to them [the other guys] here and there if they message me on Instagram, but really on WhatsApp where you’re gonna speak to them is a handful of the lads.
"There’s probably six of the lads.”
While there may be some tension between the two groups,Jake previously spoke highly of his ex Liberty ahead of her DOI stint.
He told OK!: “Fair play to her. I think she’ll be quite good. The challenges we did like when we performed Grease, that was quite good.
"I showed her some moves and she picked them up quite quickly. I wish her all the best and I’m sure I’ll be watching. I don’t even know if she likes dancing but I hope she enjoys it enough!”
