Kris Jenner Gets New Rolls Royce One Day After Wrecking Her Other One
Kris Jenner has filed to own the rights to her name.
It looks as though the savvy businesswoman is preparing to venture into the world of fashion once again and plaster her name all over a ton of new clothes.
New legal docs obtained by TMZ indicate Kris has an active application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, in which she’s trying to lock up the rights to her own name, in all caps; “KRIS JENNER”.
The application states that The Kardashian star wants to brand a ton of different clothing items, which she describes in her filing as sweatshirts and sweatpants to jackets and loungewear, as well as footwear, socks and even headwear.
Celebrities usually do this when they are gearing up to release some new merch or a new line of some sort, meaning the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch could be next.

This wouldn’t be the first time Kris attempted to trade mark her name.
The Hulu reality star filed for a similar branding back in 2011 and secured the rights to her name back then.
However, the trademark of her name seemingly didn’t manifest into anything, which resulted in her mark being abandoned four years later in 2015.
As a whole family, the Kardashian-Jenners are known for their various successful (and unsuccessful) business ventures.
