Kate Beckinsale’s 50th birthday party
Kate Beckinsale has shown just how to throw a 50th birthday celebration by throwing a lavish bash at her Hollywood mansion.
The actress was joined by a slew of some of Hollywood’s biggest names who gathered to celebrate Kate’s milestone birthday, from the likes of Demi Lovato, Adam Lambert, rapper Big Boss Vette to Selling Sunset star Chelsea Lazkani.
Kate looked incredible for her birthday bash, donning a red velvet number with sexy cutouts at the waist and a thigh-high split that flashed her long pins.
To finish off her birthday look, the Pearl Harbour star turned heads in a pair of dazzling red platform heels and had her luscious hair scraped back into a ponytail that was accessorised with a black bow.
However, just one outfit wasn’t enough for the star, as she wowed her guests with a second look after changing into a sparkly silver bodysuit that she paired with an extravagant feathered throw.

The actress, who turned 50 on Wednesday, took to her Instagram to give her 5.6 million followers a glimpse into her special night.
One snap showed Kate blowing out the candles on her three birthday cakes in front of a crowd full of her A-lister pals, before heading inside to dance the night away.
As Big Boss Vette performed her hit track Pretty Girls Walk, Kate was busting some moves on the dance flow, showcasing her twerking skills.
Another look into the night saw the mum-of-one posing with some of her closest friends and family as they all came together to celebrate the actress turning 50.

Sunday wasn’t the first time Kate celebrated her 50th trip around the sun as last week she celebrated with a fun night at a karaoke bar, with the model joining her mum for a rendition of Peggy Sue.
Documenting the moment, she told her Instagram followers: “I tell you what. Getting old is f***ing great. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the most magical day full of joy and love and dear dear friends and the odd bird (not me but also me).
“For those who missed the sound on yesterday’s birthday videos voilà- for those who could have done without hearing my mum and me murdering Peggy Sue, tough bananas,” she shared.
After a week of celebrating Kate relaxed in a pair of loose-fitting pink joggers and a graphic T-shirt and layered over a cardigan which had “f***” embroidered across the back.
Kate also shared snaps from a more intimate celebration that she had with her close friends and family.
In the pics, Kate was standing next to a table covered in rose petals and cupcakes, which had miniature pictures of her planted in the icing.
There was also a grand balloon arch made up of pink, white and gold balloons, which perfectly matched Kate’s chic checkered romper that consisted of the same colours.
Her nearest and dearest could be heard singing happy birthday in the background as the actress stood next to the thoughtful display and blew out her candles on a beautifully decorated birthday cake in the middle of the table.
