Stacey Solomon has shared a clip of Joe Swash preparing for the upcoming birth of the couple's daughter.

Loose Women star Stacey, 31, revealed Joe, 39, panicked while Stacey was in labour with their son Rex, now two.

And as they prepare to welcome their second child together, Joe has taken the time to practice how he will assist Stacey while she's in labour this time around.

Stacey appeared unimpressed with Joe's attempts as she tried to wind down for the evening, in a clip shared on her Instagram story on Saturday night.

As she filmed herself sitting on the floor in front of a mirror, Stacey said: "Just sitting here trying to wind down for the evening and Joe's decided he's gonna practice how he'll be when I give birth.

"If it's anything like the last time, I don't want it," Stacey said before laughing.

Joe then added an insistent string of "no's" and he admitted: "I've learnt from my mistakes!"

Stacey then recalled giving birth to son Rex as she said: "The last time I went into labour Joe panicked so much that I thought something was wrong.

"All I could hear was: 'Is that the right amount of blood? Are you sure that's the right amount of blood? Are you sure there should be that much blood there?'"

As he sat behind his future wife, Joe revealed he had learned from his mistakes as he said: "I know what to expect this time so you're fine. A lot of massaging, a lot of blowing, a lot of rubbing."

As Joe gives Stacey a massage, she replied: "I swear to God if you do any of that while I'm in labour you won't see the end of it. You won't make it through."

But, Joe appears to ignore his fiancée's warning as he continues to pat her back and say: "Push, push. Put the gas on!"

Stacey recently revealed her unborn baby girl is "desperate to get out" in a sweet bump video.

Stacey shared a touching video of her unborn baby girl moving about, which is shown by her bump changing shape.

The clip, posted on Stacey's Instagram stories, even shows a a little hand or foot poking out and moving across her bump.

As mum-of-three Stacey shared the touching footage on her Instagram story, she wished her 4.7million followers a good morning.

Stacey, who recently took a break from Instagram, then added: "She's still in there but by the looks of it she's desperate to get out" followed by a laughing face emoji.

Mum Stacey then added: "Definitely running out of room I think" followed by a crying face emoji.

The pregnant star then admitted: "I'll really miss this…"
