Jeremy Kyle and his ex-wife Carla Germaine have put their marital home up for sale six years after their divorce – and they could make a cool £1.7million profit.
The presenter, 58, and Carla, 48, have put their sprawling six-bed, four bathroom house in Windsor on the market for £2,295,000.
The property has nearly quadrupled in value since they snapped it up in 2001 for £595,000.
After the breakdown of their marriage, Jeremy moved to a £3million townhouse in Windsor where he now lives with his wife Vicky Burton and three-year-old son Oliver.
The former couple could make a hefty profit on the family home where their daughters Alice, 19, and Ava, 19, and son Henry, 11, grew up. Jeremy is also father to Harriet, 33, from his first marriage to Kirsty Rowley.

The property is set within an acre of land which has been completely renovated into a landscaped garden with immaculate lawn, annex and hot tub and patio entertainment area.
The open plan kitchen has an island and huge seating area, while the first floor has the main bedroom, with en-suite, dressing room and balcony which overlooks the stunning garden.
There are five more bedrooms, two with en-suites with roll top baths and also the main family bathroom.

The broadcaster has praised his third wife for being his ‘rock’ during his battle with anxiety following his show’s cancellation after a participant died by suicide following his appearance on the show.
Speaking to The Sun after tying the knot, Jeremy said: ‘Thankfully, at what is our sixth attempt after all the Covid cancellations and postponements, we got to enjoy the big day we’d both longed for.’
Jeremy, who returned to work earlier this year as a presenter of the drivetime slot on TalkRadio, added: ‘Vick’s been my rock in my darkest times. So to see her today, having such fun enjoying the wedding of her dreams, was perfect.’
