Former Strictly Come Dancing star James Jordan, 42, has shared a picture of his mum Sharon holding his one-year-old daughter Ella to mark Mother’s Day today. As part of his caption he said “our lives will never be the same” following the loss of his dad Allan.
The dancer’s mum could be seen beaming for the camera as she proudly held onto her granddaughter.
In view of his 233,000 followers, he wrote: “Happy Mother’s Day to the best mum in world.
“I know our lives will never be the same without dad around and this is the toughest Mother’s Day ever, but I just wanted you to know I LOVE YOU.”
James followed up his post with a picture of his wife Ola cradling their daughter.
“And my 2 girls Ola and Ella Happy Mothers Day Ola xxx,” he added.
The ex Dancing on Ice winner also shared a post in tribute to his sister on her birthday today.
Alongside a throwback snap of the pair, he commented: “Happy Birthday sis. I know you don’t want to celebrate but Happy Birthday.”
James’ posts come just a day after he announced his dad Allan had died after a terminal cancer battle.
The dancer told his fans his dad had “became an angel” yesterday morning.
“I will forever miss him,” he wrote. “My dad will always be my hero. RIP Daddy.”
James was inundated with messages from his friends and fans including Coleen Nolan.
She commented: “So so sorry! Thinking of you xxx.”
