‘Owen, are you finding this difficult? The jungle adventure?’ Sean asked, and Owen said: ‘I was, but now not so much. Why, are you Sean?’
Sean said: ‘For me there is quite a lot of anxiety during the day. If I don’t know what’s coming, I do not like it. I get really panicked.’
Owen asked: ‘Is that always?’, and Seann replied: ‘Oh god. That’s why I pay a woman a weekly fee to help me with!’

The actor agreed that it was good to talk about his feelings to a professional, adding: ‘It’s good though, doing therapy.
‘Like I always say to my mates, I fully recommend it even if you think you’re sound. Like it’s so so good to sit with someone, vent. Really helps you sort your head out. And figure out what’s going on and why it’s going on.’
Later speaking in the Bush Telegraph, Owen said: ‘Something about being in here has really taught me is it’s like, wear your heart on your sleeve because someone is most likely feeling the same.

Back in 2018 when the comedian took part in the series with professional partner Katya Jones, the pair were snapped kissing outside a pub – but Seann was in a long term relationship – and Katya was married to fellow pro dancer Neil Jones.
Both of their relationships subsequently ended.
‘Look, I just had such a horrific experience the last time I did something like this and then coming back… This is absolutely wonderful but it’s brought that back.’
Owen gave his support: ‘What’s good though, now you got a second chance to deal with anything. It’s like when you’re in a game, and like you die and you go back to the first level, it’s s**t. But I know how to do those levels. ‘
Speaking to the Bush Telegraph, Sean said: ‘He’s such a wise young man and he’s really articulate and I think he is really emotionally intelligent.’
‘Anyone who looks at someone’s past, that’s on them,’ Owen added.
‘Looking back on my life, there’s a whole path of mistakes and that. The future is going to be full of more mistakes.’
