EastEnders actor Jake Wood has wished his son a happy 15th birthday, calling him his "beautiful boy" on Instagram.
The 50 year old shared a rare snap of his teenage son Buster holding up a personalised cereal box, as he wrote: "Wishing a very happy 15th birthday to our beautiful boy.
"We are so proud of you Bussy, of the lovely young man you are becoming. Thank you for bringing your bright light and much laughter into our lives every day."
The Strictly Come Dancing star – who is well known for starring as Max Branning on the BBC soap – was inundated with comments from his friends and fans.
Jake's EastEnders co-star Lacey Turner, 34, wrote to Buster: "Happy birthday big man," while one fan said: "Enjoy your 15th Birthday Buster!"
Many also commented on the fact that Buster is Jake's double, with one posting: "He is your double."
"Double of you," another remarked, while a third shared: "Spit of your Dad!!"
Jake shares Buster and his daughter Amber, 17, with his wife Alison Wood.
It comes after Jake encouraged his fans to buy tickets to see him star in 2:22 A Ghost Story as he announced he will be performing on the West End stage.
He shared on Instagram: "BACK AGAIN!!! @222aghoststory !! COME & SEE US!!! I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOVE THIS SHOW. FOR TICKETS FOLLOW LINK IN MY BIO."
One fan wrote to Jake in the comments: "Have already been twice – you’re hilarious!!! Got 6 more booked (so far…)."
"Great show! Can’t wait to see you in it again! Go Jake!" another said.
A third agreed by writing: "You’re bloody brilliant in this too… I was in hysterics. Such an amazing show xx."
Jake will be starring alongside new cast member Cheryl – who stepped into TV presenter Laura Whitmore’s shoes as she plays the role of Jenny in the play.
And a source previously told OK! Cheryl is thrilled to be back on the scene, as they shared: "Cheryl wants to reinvent herself in 2023.
"She was on TV all of the time, she was the sweetheart of the nation. But she stepped back for a while to focus on being a mother."
They continued: "She’s excited to be coming back. Some things haven’t worked out in the past that she’s tried, but this is a very exciting time for her. She’s wanted to get back on the scene for a while.”
