Charlotte Dawson has revealed her incredible three stone weight loss in new photos.

The 29 year old was previously known for posting her “beltin belleh” on social media and has since undergone a physical transformation, which she shared with followers on Thursday.

Charlotte posted side-by-side snaps of herself before and after her weight loss, a year apart, showing her in a white and orange striped bikini prior to her dramatic change to now, showing off her toned figure wearing fitted orange gymwear.

The reality star captioned: “My darlings … 2k21 V 2k22!! Literally canny believe the difference! My whole life has changed so much in that time.

“I know I looked like I was in a fab place on the left but honestly a lot of the time I was just styling it out when inside I was feeling like s**** & going through hell.

"My health was really not in a good place at all – mentally or physically but I just couldn’t get motivated to do anything about it."

Charlotte shared that she became determined to make a change in her health and fitness when she received medical caution from her doctor.

She said: “It took that warning from the doctor — telling me I was in the diabetes danger zone — to get my act together and start doing something about it.

“Hey am not saying how I am now is perfect but after starting exercising more and eating better I managed to shift over three stone of timber and turned those bad stats upside down.

"I finally feel confident & not pretending I am…and I just feel so, so proud of myself."

Charlotte promoted her Belleh Blaster weight loss plan as she continued: “So if you’re feeling a bit down on yourself, don’t despair, you can deffo do it.

“Thousands of gals have joined me on the fitness journey now. And you deserve to give yourself that self care — even if you’re a mamma. Especially if you are. The carers need caring for too. #mybrand & proud.”

Charlotte’s weight loss reveals comes after she made a stunning appearance at the Haydock races in Merseyside last weekend.

The mum-of-one looked amazing in her outfit as she wore a vibrant orange bandeau top with matching flared trousers and a striking fascinator with furry heels in the same colour.

Charlotte had attended the races with Real Housewives of Cheshire star Seema Malhotra's fashion brand Forever Unique.
