Blac Chyna has undergone a remarkable transformation both physically and mentally and recently showcased her progress in an Instagram post, flaunting her toned abs during a rigorous workout.

Wearing a sports bra, shorts and a protective bonnet for her hair, she performed weighted leg curls, Chyna, who now goes by her birth name Angela White ,used the leg press machine whilst pumping some weights and showed off some ab exercises. Alongside the video, she penned the caption: "Mind, Body, and Soul all combined there endless possibilities. Be safe God bless you all."

Fans were quick to praise the mum of two in the comments, with one writing: “You got me wanting to get me work out on.”

Another commented: “This is hard work, doctors can’t give you this kind of body. Well done girl.”

A third added: “Love your fitness & God journey.”

Chyna’s physical transformation included the removal of her facial fillers, which she documented in a video shared to her Instagram.

The rapper recorded herself on the way to her appointment, stating: “I am getting these fillers dissolved from my cheeks and from my jawline because enough is enough and all has to come out, and that's just as simple as that.”

She showed the doctor injecting the dissolver into her face with a needle as she explained the different techniques she uses to treat each area. The model said that she made the decision to undo her years of fillers because she was “tired of the look” and wanted to look like herself again.

She also made the decision to undergo breast and bum reductions to embrace her natural body. The former model posted a number of videos to Instagram where she discussed her decision to have her implants removed, which she captioned: "I want you all to be apart of my life changing journey. I Reduced my breast and Gluteus maximus."

Explaining why she was undergoing the surgery, she said: "I want this out of my a** so I can grow."

In an update following her surgeries, Chyna said that she was "very happy" with the results of the reductions, adding that it was the "best thing" she'd done in a long time.

She revealed that she had the bum injections first done when she was just 19, adding that they are actually quite dangerous as they involve putting silicone in your body. However, she also shared that the bum reduction didn't quite go to plan, telling fans: "I got the reduction in my butt. Normally my procedure would have taken four hours tops. My procedure took over eight and a half hours, y'all.

"Whatever that silicone mass in my buttocks kept clogging the machine and breaking the machine."
