Bastille have announced dates for their U.K. and European tour in support of their new album Give Me The Future.
The band will kick of the tour on April 3 at Forest National in Brussels, Belgium. The band will play across The O2, Manchester AO Arena and Birmingham O2 Academy and conclude the trek at Brighton Centre in Brighton, U.K.
A presale for tour tickets will begin at 9 am on November 2, with the general sale on November 5.
Last week, Bastille had announced that Give Me The Future will drop on February 4, 2022. The band had also dropped a new single from the album, “No Bad Days,” accompanied by an official video.
Bastille frontman Dan Smith said that the album was conceptualized before the pandemic, saying, “Working on these songs in such an apocalyptic period, with everyone stuck at home, glued to screens, fed into the feeling that what is real and what is not has become pretty difficult to discern sometimes.”
“We’re in the age of deep fake, fake news and lying world leaders. But online, you can be anyone. What that does to our sense of self and to our relationships is huge and it’s fascinating,” he added.
