Austin Butler portrays the king of Rock & Roll, Elvis Presley, in a brand new trailer for the upcoming biopic Elvis.
The 30-year-old actor is joined in the Baz Luhrmann film by Tom Hanks as his manager Colonel Tom Parker, Olivia DeJonge as Priscilla Presley and more.
“I’m gonna show you what the real Elvis is like tonight,” Austin says in the trailer.

Here’s a synopsis: A thoroughly cinematic drama, Elvis’s (Butler) story is seen through the prism of his complicated relationship with his enigmatic manager, Colonel Tom Parker (Hanks). As told by Parker, the film delves into the complex dynamic between the two spanning over 20 years, from Presley’s rise to fame to his unprecedented stardom, against the backdrop of the evolving cultural landscape and loss of innocence in America. Central to that journey is one of the significant and influential people in Elvis’s life, Priscilla Presley (DeJonge).
Also starring in the movie are Helen Thomson, Richard Roxburgh, Luke Bracey, Natasha Bassett, David Wenham, Kelvin Harrison Jr, Xavier Samuel, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Dacre Montgomery, Leon Ford, Kate Mulvany, Gareth Davies, Charles Grounds, Josh McConville, and Adam Dunn, plus singer Yola, Alton Mason, Gary Clark Jr and Shonka Dukureh.
