This week on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the ladies headed to Lake Tahoe for a girls’ trip, and drama came along in the luggage.Lisa Rinna, one of the O.G. Housewives, shared a “photo dump” from the trip on Instagram, casually showing off her toned arms and legs in a tiger-print swimsuit.
It’s no secret Lisa is super active and fit and has been basically her whole life. She’s regularly showing off her toned bod on the ‘gram. The reality star has worked hard over the years to maintain her strong muscles, and it shows.
To keep her arms, legs, and everything strong, Lisa works out several times a week. “For me, staying in shape has always been a part of my life and it’s all about consistency,” she told OWN. “Luckily, I was born with good genes, first and foremost, and I know that, [but] I started working out at a very young age—I played competitive tennis—and I’ve worked out my whole life.” Her workouts have changed over the years, but yoga has been an anchor for her fitness routine. “I have a really strong yoga practice,” she told OWN. “For my body type, that really works, and then I throw in a SoulCycle class or a hike.” Previously, Lisa told Us Weekly that she’s been practicing yoga for 26 years. “[It’s] been the most helpful in keeping myself grounded and somewhat sane.”
For more intense cardio, Lisa loves a good dance workout (or TikTok video), and credits jazzercise with changing her life.“When I was 16, I discovered jazzercise. And I thought it was the greatest thing since peanut butter and jelly,” she told Parade. Jane Fonda’s workout tapes were also major for her. “Oh, God. I loved that so much.” Paying tribute to Jane herself, Lisa released a workout video of her own in 2008, titled Dance Body Beautiful.
Lisa adjusted to at-home workouts in 2020 and became a Torch’d devotee. The intense classes led by Isaac Calpito rely on bodyweight resistance with dance conditioning and targeted repetition to fire up and transform your body.
And that’s a recipe for strong, long legs for daysss.
