A FASHION fan has shared how she used her fun style to change up a micro mini skirt.

The item cost $1,000, but she ended up turning it into a stylish top instead.

Fashionista Brigette (@acquiredstyle) knows how to accessorize and has an eye for design.

In a TikTok video, she repurposed a $1,000 micro mini skirt that was way too short to be worn in real life.

She previously posted a video about it back in June, showing herself walking around a New York City street with her bottom almost falling out.
The subtitle over that clip read: "When you get an $1,000 skirt but you can't even sit or walk in it."

"Honestly, this is more practical," she said after turning it into a top instead.

At first, she thought about wearing it with a black mini-skirt but didn't like how the look came together.

In the end, the blonde beauty liked the bottoms as a top because she felt she could "walk and sit with ease."

Brigette described the top as "cute and different" in the video.

She paired it with low-rise jeans, "dainty" strappy heels, black sunglasses, and "a lot of gold jewelry."
