Princess Cruises is pulling out all the stops for its 2019/2020 sailings, unveiling 12 new ports of call for passengers to explore.

There are some pretty glamorous destinations on offer ranging from Scotland’s Isle of Skye to the stunning region of Himaji, Japan, which is renowned for its epic castle.

However, one destination has particularly caught the attention of cruise fans, as Princess Cruises will be offering a sailing to Jamestown in Saint Helena – which just happens to be one of the world’s most remote islands.

Despite its isolation, the island offers a plethora of things to see and do from ancient churches to the historic High Knoll Fort and even Napoleon’s original tomb and last residence, Longwood House, which today serves as a museum.

If you’re thinking of booking on, you’re going to need to be quick as the Saint Helena visit is part of an epic 111-day voyage on board Pacific Princess , sailing from Los Angeles.
