The party season always brings with it an explosion of glitter and sequins, but one townhouse is taking things to the next level.

Introducing the ‘ House of Sparkle ’ – a luxurious townhouse in London which is covered from floors to ceiling in colourful sequins, sustainable glitter, metallic streamers and disco balls.

It’s been created by designer Christian Cowan – who’s counts the likes of Beyoncé and Lady Gaga as clients – in collaboration with

And it sounds pretty magical.

Everywhere you look there are sparkles to be found; the bedroom, bathroom, closet, dining room, lounge – even the exterior will be covered in gold glitter to stand out from the crowd. It could just be one the world’s most sparkliest houses.

Indoors, expect a black and white checkerboard glitter entrance, a rainbow stairwell, and a disco party bedroom covered in 52,000 mirror ball facets.

There’s a lounge covered in pink glitter, a bathroom with blue glitter clouds and giant silver rain installations, as well as a curtain of metallic streamers leading to the master bedroom where you’ll find pinatas and disco balls.

Every corner is covered – in fact, a whopping 36,000 gold sequins were used, as well as 100kgs of sustainable glitter and two kilometres worth of metallic streamers.

There’s more good news for glitter fans too, as you can actually stay in the house this festive season – and there are plenty of treats for guests.

For example, there’ll be a welcome hamper with drinks, snacks and sparkly games, as well as a selection of Christian Cowan clothes to try on, and even a makeover station full of shimmery products!

Want to book a stay? Prices are £99 per night, based on two people sharing. You can book on the listing , which will be available on Tuesday 27th November and Monday 3rd December respectively.

However, there are only three nights up for grabs on the 7th, 8th and 9th December, for overnight stays only.

Designer Christian Cowan said: "My designs typically feature a bit of cheeky humor mixed with a youthful take on how modern-day women can dress – transforming them into something truly head-turning!
