Buckingham Palace has been forced to deny claims of a row between Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton.
Kate allegedly slapped down sister-in-law Meghan after the Duchess of Sussex spoke rudely to royal staff.
The Duchess of Cambridge is believe to have told Meghan not to berate members of her team at Kensington Palace, according to The Sun.
The newspaper quoted a source as saying: “Her and Kate fell out when she b******ed Kate’s staff."
However, the Palace took the unusual step of speaking out to deny the claims, saying: "This never happened."
Rumours of the Duchesses’ falling out, Meghan’s frequent “abrupt tone” and her apparent demands on staff have reportedly even led to the Queen intervening.
Kate was reportedly reduced to tears after Princess Charlotte’s bridesmaid dress fitting in the run-up to Meghan’s May wedding.

The 36-year-old, who had just given birth to Prince Louis, was said to be “feeling quite emotional”.
Another source added: “It’s obvious the two women are pretty different and while they haven’t been involved in a soap opera-style falling out, they aren’t exactly the best of friends.
“But their lack of closeness could also be to do with the two brothers wanting to pursue their own lives and there’s no real desire to be spending every waking minute together.”
Rumours of a rift were further fueled by news Meghan and Harry will no longer be moving into an apartment next door to Kate and William.
They will move to the stunning Frogmore Cottage in Windsor instead, which will undergo a huge refurbishment before they move in.
