The DIY superstore turned its back on Black Friday in 2017 – but it's likely to participate in the bonanza sales day this year.

Homebase already has a Black Friday page at the ready – although it hasn't yet confirmed it is officially participating just yet.

It is advising customers to bookmark the page and sign up to their newsletter to be the first one to hear about their latest deals.

So we can safely say the retailer is at least worth keeping an eye on, and we'll be doing just that right here.

And judging by the Homebase's 2015 sale, there's big discounts to be had.

What was in Homebase's Black Friday sale in 2015?

Homebase did not participate in Black Friday sales over the last two years, saying it is committed to low prices all year round.

In 2015 – the last time the store took part – it offered 25 per cent off all Christmas decorations as well as furniture and lighting.

It also had 25 per cent off all duvets, pillows, mattresses and protectors over the Black Friday weekend to Cyber Monday,

What will be on sale on Black Friday 2018?

Considering Homebase turned its back on Black Friday since 2015, it's hard to predict what they will have on offer this year.

We expect the retailer to offer discounts on its home and Christmas ranges – but it might also extend the sale to more categories.

Either way, we’re looking forward to seeing what prices start dropping come November 23.

Keep on eye on their Black Friday page to see when the offers go live here.

How much does delivery and shipping from Homebase cost?

Homebase offers home delivery on selected products across their ranges.

When ordering online, standard delivery starts from £3.95 for smaller items and goes up to £8.95 for larger items that require two people to deliver them.

Bare in mind that it's more expensive to order in store for home delivery.

Prices start start from £10 for smaller items through to £20 for larger items – so it might be worth doing your shopping online.
