From a rug that turns out to be miniature, to a teddy bear with a seriously long set of legs, here are some of the weirdest online shopping fails the internet has to offer.

Luckily, retailers have to follow a set of rules and regulations if your online order doesn't turn out like how you expected it to.

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations you're allowed to return an online order in exchange for a full refund as long as you let the seller know within 14 days of receiving it.

You then have another 14 days to send the item back and the retailer has another 14 days after that to return your money to you, as well as refund you the cost of delivery.
