Kim's personal favourite is number 40: "Stand in the corner and cry softly".
But other suggestions include "volunteer for jury duty", "have your car break down in strategic places", "carry a hatbox" and "don't be afraid to associate with more attractive girls – they may have some leftovers."
The list also suggested finding eligible (single) men by scouring the obituaries for recently-widowed men and advised: "Men don't like girls who are ill."
It suggested golf was an appropriate hobby but warned against complaining.

And, offering fashion advice, it said: "If you look good in sweaters wear one every third date."
The list was mocked relentlessly on Facebook with people suggesting it looked "more like a kidnapper's manual".
One woman said: "I have picked up some great tips. I will fall into every room I enter carrying a hatbox, with the toupees I have made, as bald men are apparently an easy 'catch'."
Another added: "No.33 Carry a hatbox…brilliant. One can only daydream of the man you could acquire if you stand in the corner with it whilst crying softly!"
But one woman confessed she'd struggled to get through the list, revealing: "I could hardly move beyond #6: scouring the obituaries for widowers."
