Missguided, Babe Power (£28, 80ml, missguided.co.uk): A funky take on perfume in a container that looks like a drinks can. The main scents are vanilla and candyfloss but it also has zesty notes of grapefruit, musk, peony and jasmine.

I found the vanilla a bit strong but it lasted all day and is such a bargain. This is a great little gift for your loved one or – yourself.

Jean Paul Gaultier, Classique Cabaret (£88.00, 100ml theperfumeshop.com): As always incredible packaging and I love their iconic female body on a bottle. It has notes of ginger, oriental orange blossom and vanilla.
Not something I’d usually choose but I’m hooked – lovely for an evening fragrance and the bottle looks gorgeous on my dressing table! Everything about it screams Valentines.

LUXURY

Jo Loves, Fragrance Paintbrush (£40, 18ml joloves.com): Paintbrush dispenser is like nothing I have seen before. Press the button to release the gel and paint on. It lasts longer than typical spray perfumes.

I used fragrance No42 The Flower Shop and it was incredible. Expensive for the amount but I would buy it again.
