Taylor Swift remains at number one on the Billboard 200 albums chart with her new album Folklore!
The album earned 98,000 equivalent album units in the week ending August 27. Of those units, 52,000 were from album sales, 45,000 were from streaming equivalent units, and 1,000 were from track equivalent units.
This is Folklore‘s fifth week at number one, marking the first time that one of Taylor‘s albums has spent its first five weeks in the number one spot.
The last album to spend its first five weeks at number one was Drake‘s Scorpion.
Also on the chart this week, Nas‘ new album King’s Disease debuted at number five with 47,000 equivalent album units and The Killers‘ new album Imploding the Mirage opened at number eight with 37,000 units.
