SAS: Who Dares Wins star Ollie Ollerton has debuted his first in a series of quick and easy workout tutorials to help you keep fit and improve your mental health.
In Every Minute on the Minute, filmed exclusively for Metro.co.uk, Ollie breaks down the three key moves you can do in no time at all.
Whether your local gym’s been closed or you’re working from home, Ollie’s tips can easily be slotted into your daily schedule.
Just don’t forget to warm-up!
First up is a set of push-ups – you can choose which level of reps you want to do out of three, five and seven for this workout.
Next are butterfly sit-ups and then a set of squats but remember, keep that back straight.
They’re intense but definitely worth the minute.
We’re confident you can do more than 60 seconds so keep going for a maximum of 10 minutes, but try and gradually increase the amount of time or duration you can go for.
And that’s a wrap! Ollie will see you next week for another quick and easy tutorial you can do at home.
With a passion to help people live better lives, Ollie Ollerton alongside co-star Jason Fox, has launched a new fitness app, Battle Ready 360, aimed at achieving the perfect balance between mind, body and nutrition.
Users interested in Battle Ready 360 are encouraged to visit the App Store, where a seven-day free trial is available to try out the product.
