Cheryl left fans cringing as she flossed in a backstage video from The Greatest Dancer.
The Love Made Me Do It singer proved she had the moves as she performed the viral dance alongside fellow dance captain Strictly pro Oti Mabuse and host Jordan Banjo.
In a clip, which was shared on the BBC show’s official Instagram , Cheryl pouted as she thrust her hips in time to the music.
The mum-of-one sported a pair of sexy skin-tight green trousers as she performed the move, completing her ensemble with a statement purple bomber jacket with padded shoulders.
Despite the silly dancing, Cheryl still managed to look effortlessly chic as she sported a heavy smoky eye and a nude lipstick, with her hair pulled up in a slick up-do to expose her stunning face.
Her dancing gradually sped up before she stopped and burst into giggles, telling the camera: "I learnt that from my nephew!"
Even before Cheryl’s new BBC show The Greatest Dancer debuted on TV, the former X Factor star’s place on the judging panel proved controversial.
Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner hit out at Cheryl’s "questionable" credentials – and unfortunately for Cheryl, her first show at the weekend appeared to divide opinion.
While some thought that Liam Payne’s ex was a natural, others believed she was "over-shined" by fellow judges Oti Mabuse and Matthew Morrison.
Despite Cheryl usually taking up the "national sweetheart" role, instead, Strictly professional Oti was given the accolade by fans, with one hailing her "the best reality show judge in a long time".
The concept, which saw dancers perform behind a mirror which lifted if they received enough votes from the audience, was also heavily criticised and prompted viewers to switch over to ITV rival The Voice .
