After a rough 2018, Demi Lovato is heading into the year staying present and positive—and that means giving a hard pass to the 10 Year Challenge clogging your Instagram feed.

The “Sorry Not Sorry” singer said N-O to posting side-by-side photos of herself from 2009 and 2019 online, but Lovatics should rest assured, because she invented a better (and TBH, healthier) alternative.

“Sorry, I’d love to post a #10yearchallenge pic but I’m too busy living in the moment …” she wrote on Instagram Stories.

Obviously, her fans were super into it.
