They came, they saw, they lifted the gongs and here’s who didn’t walk away empty handed at tonight’s BRITs 2019 awards.
Little Mix were one of the big success stories of the night, finally scooping the Best Video Artist award for Woman Like Me featuring Nicki Minaj.
"WE never win this! Thank you so much we have had absolutely no shame in asking people every day to vote for this," gushed Leigh-Anne Pinnock.
There has been outrage over the years due to the girls being repeatedly snubbed in the category in favour One Direction, who won in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 before Harry Styles won as a solo artist for Sign of the Times in 2018.
It was also a great night for The 1975 who were named Best Group, while their record A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships took the Best British Album.
Ed Sheeran was honoured with the Global Success Award for the second year running, while Ariana Grande took Best International Female.
