Alex Rodriguez just had some irreplaceable items stolen from him.

The year-old retired baseball star was the victim of a rental car burglary, where he was robbed of items including jewelry, a laptop, a camera and electronic equipment.

Alex was robbed while he was filming for ESPN during a Giants-Phillies baseball game in San Francisco.

According to TMZ, the items were worth over $500,000 but Alex‘s rep says the item’s value are being “grossly exaggerated.”

In a statement, Alex added, “I am saddened that several items that were of a personal nature and irreplaceable with sentimental value were taken. I am encouraged that local law enforcement has security footage of the crime and are doing all they can to get the items back.”

The San Francisco Police Department are currently handling the investigation.
